By accessing this website, purchasing original works/prints and commissioning artwork by Josh Currie, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before agreeing to purchase/commission artwork by Josh Currie.

1. Ownership of Artwork

All original artwork, commissions and prints created by artist Josh Currie, unless otherwise stated, is the intellectual property of Josh Currie. The copyright for these artworks is protected by New Zealand copyright laws.

2. Commissioned Artwork

a. Copyright Ownership: By commissioning artwork from artist Josh Currie, the purchaser agrees that the ownership of the copyright remains with Josh Currie, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

b. Usage Agreement: Usage rights for commissioned artwork will be discussed during the quotation process. If specific usage rights are not discussed and agreed upon, the default usage is limited to original wall art only. Any further reproduction or commercial use of the commissioned artwork must be discussed and agreed upon with Josh Currie separately. Additional payments may be required based on the intended use.

3. Use of Artwork

a. Personal Use: Commissioned artwork for personal use is intended as an orginal piece of art, any reproduction, or change in use is to be discussed with artist Josh Currie.

b. Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the artwork, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, or modification, requires prior written consent from Josh Currie. Please contact joshdrawshouses@gmail.com to inquire about commercial use. Further consent is required if you’d like to use the artwork beyond the original scope.

4. Artists Use of Artwork

a. Promotional Use: Artist Josh Currie retains the right to use commissioned work for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise (address/personal details will be omitted, and work will only be promoted when appropriate).

b. Reproduction of commissioned works: Artist Josh Currie will not reproduce or sell commissioned works unless agreed upon with the client.

5. Changes to Terms

Josh Currie reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
